We only call read-only API methods (*.get, *.list). No create, update, or delete calls - ever. Your webhook token is also never stored on our servers; it lives in your browser session only and is gone when you close the tab.

Yes - you'll need an admin-scoped webhook from your Bitrix24 portal. This ensures we can read all the metrics required for a complete audit. Standard user webhooks will return incomplete data.
All Bitrix24 cloud plans are supported - Basic, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise tiers. On-premise installations may have limited API access and are not fully supported at this time. Please contact our Sales team (sales at webbee.co.nz).
Most portals scan in under 60 seconds. Larger portals with tens of thousands of tasks or files may take 2–3 minutes. Storage metrics in particular require iterating through file trees, which can add time for large Disk setups.
The Money Leak Report uses industry-average benchmarks to estimate dollar figures. The Custom plan unlocks an intake form where you supply your average deal size, target conversion rate, cost-per-lead, sales team size, and industry - and every financial figure in the report recalculates using your real numbers.

The raw data is 100% accurate - it's a direct, unfiltered read from your portal. Every metric comes straight from the Bitrix24 REST API with no interpolation or estimation. If your portal has 199 overdue tasks, we counted 199 overdue tasks from your actual data. There is no sampling, no rounding, and no third-party data involved.
